When I designed the "Check-Inn Only", my goal was to create an experience that is both challenging and captivating. Set in a mysterious and eerie inn, players are tasked with uncovering dark secrets and finding a way to escape. I focused on creating the atmosphere using dim lighting and mysterious sounds to evoke a sense of oppression. In terms of puzzle design, I integrated elements of logical reasoning, physical interaction, and clue searching to encourage teamwork among players. Strict time limits increase the tension, allowing players to feel the true challenge with every second ticking down. Through these designs, I aimed to provide players with an unprecedented escape room experience in "Check-Inn Only".
